*** This video was uploaded Jan. 7 and is already stirring up more questions than answers. His predictions from 1980 are very disturbing and happened to come true.
I'm hoping the international community here at TGN can track down more information about this mystery man & solve this mystery as to whether this video is the real deal or a modern day hoax.

I think it's a hoax. The video quality is too damn good for 1980 filming. I did understand most of it in French so I believe he's saying what is being translated into english. It seems like they threw in a "false" prediction to make it more realistic because it makes the guy fallible, (about us all going to electric cars exclusively by 2005 is wrong). The end where he gets all hot and bothered about what he is saying looks like an overact to me as well.
