Metamorphosis (Poem)

Her love is endless, her stride is steady
Her determination is unwavering, her stance at a ready
The light is coming, the dark is quaking
The wave is unyielding, the dark is shaken
She grumbles and rumbles, and the grip is lost
Into the light, it tumbles, fearing all is lost
Her love is endless, her smile is warm
The dark is shaking, her embrace is soothing
The cries are heard, the light comes forth
Forever transmuted, to bring life anew
Her smile is nurturing, her intent is clear
Her eyes are reassuring, her heart is coaxing
A new light is steady, the world is ready
