I have had the sensations of having an open third eye for a while, however I do not know how to use it. For example today I went to a job interview and it fully opened and as I post this it still is. What makes your third eye open during random situations?

I have been wondering, how to juggle my spiritual work and the rest of my life all at once? I feel have no time for people except at work, unless I am taking time away from my spiritual work, although I am aware that a social life is also part of this process. The problem is most of the people around me are not concern at all with their spirituality, if anything they under mind it.
