on your question on the dark figure holding you down. I had a like experience for ever when I was a child. Nowing nothing of magic at that age I would pray and pray and pray. Finally I got the thing to stop. Mine would be going into a room and a convayer belt going by with a glass and a figure would squeeze a drop of blood from my heart into the glass. I could feel this and it always FREEEEKED me out. I would suggest if you would be so interested, start doing the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram. lighty and love. a dark enity or anything dark cannot survie in the light of conciousness, even pain i depends on the humans will. if you surround the entiy in the 'light' of your concious gaze, have no judgement, and obsevre the enity it will hate. keep your vision clear and where your gaze is you wil notice nuthing bad exsist

Honey here is my 5 cents worth - I have only had one experience like that and it was horrible!!! In retrospect I think that my body was asleep but my mind was lucid - or even awake. Apparently chemicals are released to freeze us when we are asleep so we don't sleep walk, kill people etc. and I have come to think that that was what I experienced - even though it as really scary at the time...but the other advice is really great here too!!! LOVE V
