It is something I spend A LOT of time working with. There are a lot of great youtubes here that address this fact. Do you know Braden, Mc Taggart of Buhlman? Buhman is my fave right now. His space is Astral Travel. On the less dense plains we see it happen a lot more quickly and can learn to master the process!!!!
