The Great Network

More UNITED than we realize!

Greetings to all, this is Brie, and I am sharing these words with you today with the purpose of expanding your imaginative powers, to put you in touch with a world of exploration that you have kept hidden from yourself for a very long time.

To discover this place, this world which is a part of you, will enable you to begin to see yourself differently. It will enable you to move beyond the limiting parameters of your three dimensional reality. This is the highway, if you will, that you take to move beyond your present limited experience. To find this highway will be something that you will do from within your Self during quite time alone with yourself, this is not something that the personality aspect of your being will really be capable of doing. I warn you that you may find this process frustrating and confusing as you move into it, as finding this highway will be challenging for some, because it is distantly removed from your normal practicing of living life, experiencing life.

So, for the exercise, if you encounter any frustration, know that is only your personality that has gotten in the way, that is mental energy that is wanting to participate, but this is not something that mental can really grasp. So, actually the frustration would be a good sign that you are beginning to find your way there. Be gentle with yourself and patient. Keep moving in that direction. Eventually it will break. And, I want to stress also, with all the exercises, no matter which you do, to persevere through any feelings of frustration is vital here.

To begin this exercise, take a moment when you have a place of quietness, a situation of quietness, and I want you to focus on your neo-cortex. This is a great friend to you. This is a part of you that is, think of it as if the highway is your imagination; the neo-cortex is the car that you need to get into and start and drive. We are going to begin that process today. So, focus on the neo-cortex, as you sit in quietness, focusing on your breath. Many of you may have practiced meditation where you have tried to rid yourself of any kind of mental activity. This time we are going to focus on this mental activity and expand it, which may seem strange to you, but give it a try.

As you are sitting quietly and you are focusing on your breath, you will notice distracting thoughts that will be trying to take you away from this point of concentration. Any thoughts, empty thoughts, that come your way, you will want to disregard, but as you sit with this eventually you will have an image type of scenario, is the best way I know to put it, that will present itself. It will be a momentary flash. When this occurs, keep your observation finely tuned on this, as it will be elusive. You want to bring that back up to your awareness, to your state of consciousness. Then, you want to provide the opportunity without any force or coercion from mental energy, you want to sit with this and allow it to become something more than what was presented. Allow it to take you on an adventure, if you will.

Now, if you find this difficult to occur, do not be discouraged. Just continue to practice this as often as you can, throughout the day. When you find yourself getting frustrated, impatient, it’s time to walk away. But, for as long as you can sit with it, until that occurs, in which the opportunity of some sort of visual image that will pop up, that will be very different from the mental thoughts that are distractions. The more you do this the more you will see it. So, this is something that you’re going to have to enter into with blind trust, if you will, that this will occur if you continue with it and you will know the image to pull.

Do not be concerned here that you will pull something from the mental realm and make more of it than you should. This will be an image that will not have any thought fields attached to it. That’s how you will recognize it. And, as soon as that occurs you focus on that and allow it to unfold. Let it take you wherever it will and allow it to unfold. This you continuously work at, this occurring, this circumstance presenting itself. Work at this until that happens for you. Once it has happened, allow it to unfold. Once you have gotten to a point of this becoming something that does unfold, this can become an enjoyable pastime of going into your inner world, spending time there, and actually beginning to enter into an existence, an exploration, an experience from another dimension, if you will. Allow the unfoldment to occur without any perceived restrictions from your three dimensional reality. Let this unfoldment break all of those rules for you. Do not confine it. Allow it all the freedom that it would require.

Move into this with an open mind, an open heart, a sense of exploration and adventure, and above all else, patience with yourself. If you continuously make this attempt, you will find that you will understand exactly the meaning of these words. You will find exactly where that highway is, and it will become a place that you can go to and immediately move into this kind of an experience. Just stay with it even if the frustration blocks you. That will eventually subside.

So, I wish you great success using this exercise. I wish you great imaginative experiences and I bless you with great patience in the event that it may be found to be challenging.

Stay the course and you will have the experience of this unfoldment.

Enjoy!

This happened to me once when meditating but I didn´t realize at that time how did I achieve it. Now that you gave me a better explanation of how to get there I sincerely hope to be able to reach that place as it was one of my most enjoyable experiencies (by the way, when I did this, the day after that I found a person that somehow reminded me of that place - we are bestfriends since then)
