More UNITED than we realize!
Chaos Magick in the New Aeon
Chaos Magick is a some what recent off-shoot of Magickal Theory from what I understand, I was curious if their were any practitioners in this Group and if there were to aid me in understanding more about it. I am part of a local discussion group on the topic and being a Thelemite I am open to the idea, but rather confused about the function of this system in the Aeon of Horus.

I came from the opposite direction starting with Chaos Magick and moving into Thelema. One of the first things you have to realize is that it's somewhat difficult to come up with a comprehensive understanding for a magickal system that is by its nature dynamic and highly individualized.
Also, while one may ask how this system functions in the Aeon of the Crowned and Conquering Child, we should be aware of the fact that many Chaos Magicians disavow the idea of Aeonics or in some cases (per P. Carroll and Hines) work with the idea of Micro-Aeonics.
Let's get the conversation started.

Being a part of the Chaos Magick discussion group locally I see the highly specialized systems at work in the members. However every Thelemite I have had the pleasure of meeting ALSO has a completely individual system which only agrees upon the Law which is in it nature also hard to compartmentalize (love). My reason for seeking this understanding is that I would like to start a working group out of the discussions that would be open enough for free practice but regimented enough to be able to share common experiences and records without being totally lost in a sea of semantics.
