More UNITED than we realize!

What are you GRATEFUL for?

Do you believe in abundance? I mean, really believe that the universe is infinitely abundant, and there is plenty for everyone? It’s easy to not buy into that, when you look around at the vast poverty around the world. But abundance is real - it’s humans that tend to try and squeeze the life out of it. If you focus on lack, lack is all you’ll ever get. Focus on abundance, and it will flow to you naturally.

And now with the new energy transmission it is more important than ever to focus on the abundance you already have and feel GRATEFUL for it so as to open your heart!

The more open your heart the more the energy flows!!!

To help - use this space to start listing the things you feel grateful for! And if you find your heart shutting down, a little blue or cranky - just come back to remind yourself, and feel the gratitude do its magic!

I am first of all Grateful for the amazing Chance I have to experience this moment in but a fraction of its True Infinite potential, Grateful that there is Grace in Love and Light and through my brothers and sisters i am able to shed and receive that Light and Love. I am Grateful to my Parents who helped me survive my youth and have a sense of Joy and Love regardless of their own torment. I am Grateful to Nature for holding all the Secrets that i could ever want to know and understand and, at the same Time, for giving me an environment in which to experience Silence. I am Grateful for having a job, food, shelter, wine and Spirits, if it weren't for them then I would have no trouble. And finally i am Grateful to you Vanese for creating such beautiful Art on this site, a collective effort toward the Victory over ignorance and isolation, a world of communication and evolution. Hi all,

I am grateful for the chance to be alive. I'm grateful for looking out on a beautiful rising sun every morning, knowing that there's always hope in a new day. I'm grateful for the few in my life who really, truly do love me unconditionally for who I am. I'm grateful also for the others in my life who are friends, acquaintances, and colleagues. I'm grateful for my wife, who shows her support for me and her love for me in countless ways that I can never fully appreciate or repay. I'm grateful for my son, who I am watching grow into a wonderful young adult. I'm grateful for my extended family, and the chances we have to get together and share our love.

I'm grateful for my good health, my creative abilities and talents, and my ability to stay positive even when I have plenty of reasons not to be. I'm grateful for modern conveniences as long as they aren't detrimental to our overall health. :) I'm grateful for this forum, and the ability to share with like-minded people from all over the world with just a few keystrokes.

I'm grateful for sex. :)

I'm grateful for life energy - and recognizing that it flows everywhere and through everything.

I am thankful, grateful, and humbled by the extreme complex nature of our existence, and by the extremely simple concept of love which makes that existence worth everything.

After having heard about books like "The Secret" seeing the movie, reading books like Drunvalo Melchizedek's "Living in the Heart" and some alchemical texts it is clear that the only place to go to is the cave, or the place where G-O-D dwells, which is a cavity, a black hole in your heart. The body is said to be losing some 28 grams of mass (the mass of this black hole) when it dies. This cave/heart (some compare the heart with the hat that Osiris is wearing, actually the pericardium) has 7 muscles which creates a very important ratio 7to5 which are related to spins and sacred geometry, and a labyrinth. The reason walking these ancient labyrinths is that they create implosion/creation, rather than explosion/destruction. http://goldenmean.info/book2/index.html So go there go into your heart and visualize whatever you want to draw into your life, see the events, the scenes, all you wish for and imagine you project this onto the outside walls of your heart (the white screen on which you see the movie of your life) everything else does the magnet in your heart. There are many possible visualizations, one would be also being aware of the three tan tiens described in taoism, brain/mind - heart/soul seat - dan tien/navel area/center of physical layer/body. And then to merge the three into one in the heart. This alchemy is extensively described in all forms of western and eastern philosophy, but it was forgotten. Most martial arts or Hatha Yoga have their start with focus on the physical body, most forms of magick only deal with the mind. The golden middle spot though is the place to seek refuge in.

I'm grateful for experiences beyond exact definition in thought.
