The Great Network

More UNITED than we realize!

Hello to all in the Great Network...
I have had several dreams lately that seem to be symbolic, but thought I would put it out there and see if anyone has an" oh yeh" moment.
As you can see I am very connected to water. I have been dreaming about it since day one. I have a business that involves balneotherapy which simplistically is bathing for health. I also love magick. Lately I have been working with the goddess Sulis (Greek goddess of hot springs) and the Greek God Asclepius. I am putting together a program at my spa for the 5 pillars of health which was the system used by the Asclepions (health temples-dream incubators) of ancient Greece.
One thought I had was to offer retreats as a connection to nature and the healing benefits of hot springs.
Well last night (dreamed) I was at the farm. Taking care of the cows. The feeling was good and I was doing classes. As I looked over one of the cows turned into a horse and the light shun bright. I then somewhat came out of it and the word Pythagoras was there. Now I don't know anything about Pythagoras beside the fact that he was a questionable? mathematician/Philosopher. This I could tell was a huge clue to something?
One other dream that stood out this week was I was herding elephants. They were in danger and it was up to me to find a safe place. I had put them in the meadow and the rains came...it was flooding. I then had to move them to higher ground. With success I accomplished this. This was a couple of nights before last.
Now I'm not looking for any great answers which I know comes from within, but for some reason I needed to share this. If anyone knows anything about Pythagoras let me know.
Sacred Geometry? Philosophy? Cosmos? ....It all helps...Much Luv!

"The square of the hypotenuse of a right triangle is equal to the sum of the squares on the other two sides."
or
"The sum of the squares of the legs of a right triangle is equal to the square of the remaining side."

The Pythagorean Theorem is a very interesting piece of mathematics with out a doubt, and it's concepts are easily applied to a magickal worldview. Two lesser parts leading to knowledge of the greater, for example. Certain Fraternities of traveling builders make mention of this theorem in their rituals as well. Look into it. Never know what revelations you might stumble upon :)
Yes I have done some reading on Hygenia...some obvious clues with her name but I am not sure of the system you are speaking of.

when you spoke of the snakes it brought to memory a vision I had merging with a serpent. As above so below....sorry I will try not to ramble. I opened my healing spa this week and my brain is a bit mushy. Healing with nature (especially with water/mud/minerals and salt) embodies my soul and I am spoken to in spirit frequently. It is hard to sort out at times..Its funny you mention the practice of washing the sick because I have a wet table that I spread muds/salts etc, all over peoples bodies...then wash them while they are still on the table....and I have never liked beans!!! LOL

If you remember anything about Hygenia let me know. I would be most curious.
Much Luv...
The similarities are canny and opens the door for numerous antics which I take offense to none. Although I have tried to leave the healing industry it continually calls me back....at some point I had to take the information and embrace it. Since then it has been an amazing ride into places I never thought.
There is so much bogus information out there and when it comes, in what ever form, there is some sort of reason I attracted it. I know what is real for me and what isn't...
Much Luv
Names like Plotinus, Plato, and Pythagoras, have a strong connection in similar thought. I believe in their day, religion, and astralogy, did not have the conflict with strict physical science that we observe today. I have never heard the word 'questionable mathematician' equated with Pythagoras. I wonder who fed you that?

There is a line which describes the bee rising from the thigh of the bull, gathering nector and turning it into honey. The cow or the bull is associated with the Moon or Lunar Path, material focus. Unless the Bull is associated with the Constellation Taurus, the bull represents the Sun in this case. Bel is a name used.

So with a human, we arise from our material focus (Lunar Path), collecting knowledge (nector), and turning it into Wisdom (honey).

Horses often represent spirit. Elephants are highly revered. There are legends stating an elephant can stand so still it becomes invisible. I'm unsure and only have the feeling an elephant is a perfect blend of substance and force or matter and spirit. It seems your dream had a beginning with appropriate increments in its developing scene. The Moon (Elemental Principle); The Sun (Spirit or Force); a perfect blend of both (Elephant). However, it is only my opinion, uninformed as it is, that the elephant represents what I'd described.
